FixDbl
Windows Vista has a bug that makes Grab and Drag harder to use on a Tablet. When both "press and hold to right click" AND Vista's built-in "pen Flicks" are disabled, pen taps create false double clicks. The following small freeware utility I wrote fixes this.
To use it, extract the files to anew folder and run FixDbl.exe. FixDbl.exe and FixDbl.dll must be in the same folder for it to work. You can add a shortcut to FixDbl.exe to your Startup folder to have it run when Vista boots. You can close FixDbl at any time via the tray icon context menu.
